International Energy Week returns to London from 10-12 February 2026, marking the first major global energy event following COP30. This flagship gathering brings together the world’s energy leaders to transform climate commitments into action.

Over three dynamic days, the event will provide a unique platform to address the most pressing challenges in energy, from grid resilience and supply chain risk to financing the transition and scaling innovation. Attendees can expect high-profile keynotes, thought-provoking panel discussions, and valuable networking opportunities, all culminating in the prestigious International Energy Week Awards Ceremony, featuring a Safe by Design prize.

This year, the Energy Institute are proud to host forty-two expert speakers, each bringing deep insight and experience from across the energy sector. Among them, these five offshore wind industry leaders will share their perspectives.

Sayuri Watanabe

Co-Head Asia Pacific and Japan Representative at World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO). Sayuri joined WFO in September 2021 and has been a driving force in offshore wind since 2013. Her expertise spans contract execution, contract and claim management, project financing, project contract administration, research into industry trends, and the laws and regulations of the offshore wind industry in Japan.

Rebecca Williams

Deputy CEO at Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC). Rebecca is a passionate advocate for accelerating wind energy globally. With experience in policy and industry engagement, she leverages her network and platforms to drive meaningful change.

Lisbeth Norup Frømling

Senior Vice President QHSE at Ã˜rsted and G+ Chair. With over 25 years in HSE and 5 years in offshore wind, Lisbeth leads global initiatives in quality, safety, environment and sustainability, health, and IT.

Tim Pick MBE FEI

Chair at Offshore Wind Growth Partnership and Vice President at the Energy Institute (EI). Tim recently served as the UK’s first offshore wind champion and continues to advocate for positive change in the sector. He is chair of the UK Offshore Wind Growth Partnership and a commissioner on the UK’s clean power 2030 advisory commission. in 2024, he received an MBE in recognition of his impact on offshore wind energy.

Aman Wang

Vice President at Global Strategy & Investment and UK CEO at Ming Yang Smart Energy. Aman leads Ming Yang’s global strategy, focusing on lowering energy costs, boosting project returns, and advancing energy transitions through innovation and supply chain localisation. At IE Week, Aman will address Strengthening APAC’s Energy Security through Offshore Wind Innovation.
