FLiDAR Health and Safety Workshop

On the 20^th of June 2025, the G+, IMCA and the Workboat Association came together in at workshop to consider the health and safety challenges of floating LiDAR buoy deployment, maintenance and recovery in the offshore wind industry. Attendees included representatives from the member companies of each organisation as well as LiDAR equipment manufacturers and survey providers. This was the first such collective gathering of the key parties involved in commissioning and delivering metocean campaigns for offshore wind project development.
